Payment Policy

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Shipping

Most orders usually ship within 1-2 business days; however, some products may take longer based on availability. Estimated shipping times are indicated for each individual product. You will be contacted if extraordinary circumstances prevent delivery in a reasonable amount of time. Delivery of packages is dependent on the shipping method selected. Expedited shipping is available on most items and can be selected at checkout.

Return Policy

At A Toast To Texas Int'l Wine Shoppe, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s) (Subject to the rules and policies set forth below), at which time we'll gladly exchange it. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will exclude shipping/handling charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all accessories and packaging.

American West's Lifetime guarantee covers all of their leather items against workmanship and/or structural defects for the life of the product to the original owner, excluding any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the workmanship of American West products, they will gladly repair or, if unable to repair, will replace any item due to manufacturer's defect. Please contact A Toast To Texas for assistance in handling any warranty work.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged and/or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranty

Any item resold or distributed by and not explicitly manufactured by A Toast To Texas Int'l Wine Shoppe will be covered by their respective company’s product warranty.
